1. Added Shooter.
A new kind of aliens who carry a laser gun with them, shooting slowly but deadly lasers.
They have 150 hitpoints which is a bit higher then self-bomers.
2. Game Balance
Strongly decrease the damage that Self-bomer and Elite Self-Bomer did.
Decrease the hitpoints of Elite Bomer.
Extend the time intervals bewteen each wave.
